If you’ve been following along for a while, you’ve probably noticed that things have been changing around here. New pages, New colors, New sections, New ideas. And if I’m being completely honest? This has been in the works for way longer than many realize.
WHERE IT BEGAN ✮⋆˙
I Had No Idea What I Was Doing.
When I launched AllAboutAustyn.com back in March 2025, it wasn’t because I had some perfectly thought-out master plan. It actually happened after I lost my Instagram account and suddenly realized I needed another platform — a space that was completely mine, one no algorithm could take away. At the time, I knew absolutely nothing about building a website. Everything was trial and error. Everything. I was clicking random buttons, watching tutorials at midnight, teaching myself as I went, and hoping things would somehow work out. Looking back, that first version wasn’t really me at all. I was so focused on what I thought people wanted to see that I forgot to create something that actually reflected who I am. The result? A website that felt rushed, unorganized, and honestly… a little too bubblegum pink. It served its purpose. But it wasn’t the vision.
Over the past seven months, I’ve spent countless hours rethinking what this site should be. I’ve redesigned pages more times than I can count, built things from scratch, learned basic coding, rewritten content, changed layouts, and probably created seven different versions before landing on one that finally felt right. There were nights I woke up stressed about the homepage—days where I spent hours staring at a single section trying to decide if it looked right. The header alone took me three full days. Three. Days. But I kept going. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, something shifted.

Welcome To The New Era.
The way I’ve been describing the new AllAboutAustyn.com is simple: Y2K meets Teen Vogue. It’s still fun, it’s still fashion-forward, it’s still very much me. But it’s more mature, more organized, and more intentional. Instead of feeling like a scattered collection of posts, the site now has clear pillars that reflect exactly what I love creating content around.

Brand spotlights, outfit inspiration, seasonal style guides, trend coverage, and shopping recommendations — plus a completely redesigned Shop My Style page updated every Monday starting July 6th.

What used to be “Lifestyle” is now officially Florida Life. Boutique finds, restaurant reviews, theme park guides, and everything happening in Orlando and Winter Park.

Following my brother Cruz’s journey as a D1-bound quarterback — camp recaps, recruiting updates, game-day style, and behind-the-scenes moments. Told from the perspective of a sister.
Each pillar has its own dedicated page with its own personality, but they all feel like they belong together. That was the goal from the beginning — cohesion without being boring.

If there’s one thing I want you to take away from this post, it’s this:
This wasn’t a weekend project. This wasn’t a quick refresh. This was seven months of late nights, hard decisions, and learning how to build something that’s actually worth showing up for.
The website will never be perfect — I’m a perfectionist, so I’ve accepted that. But I am incredibly proud of how far it’s come. The difference between where it started and where it is now is enough to remind me why every single one of those late nights was worth it. So thank you for reading. Thank you for supporting. Thank you for growing with me. And thank you for believing in this crazy little corner of the internet while I figured out what I wanted it to become.
