How do I get access after I subscribe?
Once you subscribe, simply visit the Passes landing page and select the content category you’d like to access. From there, you’ll be able to view all of the content included with your subscription level.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes! You can switch to a different tier at any time. To upgrade or downgrade, simply cancel your current subscription and then subscribe to the pass you’d like to switch to.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log in to your WordPress account and manage your subscription settings from there. Once your subscription is canceled, you will immediately lose access to all subscriber-only content included with your pass.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept major credit and debit cards only. Gift cards and other payment methods are not accepted at this time. We are planning on adding Apple Pay in 2027.
Will I be charged automatically each month?
Yes. Your subscription will automatically renew each month and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before your next billing date.
