Alo Yoga’s New Pink Shades: Must-Have for Summer

If you’ve been following along, you know I have a bit of a problem when it comes to a good Alo drop, and this one just might be a new favorite. Alo Yoga just launched Pink Marshmallow and Pink Moonlight, two soft, dreamy shades that are just a little too light to be called cotton candy. It’s part of their new August arrivals lineup. This includes a moody Gravel neutral and a Vintage Athletic Heather grey. However, Pink Marshmallow and Pink Moonlight are the ones stopping my scroll every single time.

What Makes This Pink Different?

Let’s be realistic: brands release slightly different shades of pink all the time, so I’m not going to pretend this collection is reinventing the color wheel. Even Alo has leaned heavily into pink this year. For example, they used Paradise Pink for summer and Candy Heart Pink for Valentine’s Day.

That being said, if you’re looking for a gorgeous, elevated shade of pink with the quality to match, Pink Marshmallow/Moonlight are the ones. This collection feels softer and more wearable than the all-pink launches we’ve seen earlier this year. It’s not neon, and it’s not bubblegum. Instead, it sits somewhere between a delicate blush and a soft lavender. It is an almost dreamy shade that photographs beautifully in Florida’s natural light. Honestly, that might be part of why I’m so drawn to it.

Think less flashy, more effortless. Less look at me and more, of course, I look this good.

The collection spans their signature pieces too — the Softsculpt tank, tennis skirts, and the Prismatic jacket all show up in these shades. Therefore, there’s range whether you want a full matching set or just one piece to layer into pieces you already own.

Where I’m Wearing It

Full transparency — I haven’t ordered yet, but this one’s already sitting in my cart. I’m picturing it for those last golden-hour walks down Park Avenue before the heat finally breaks. Alternatively, I might throw it on over a swimsuit for a lake day before football season takes over every weekend. It’s giving “end of summer in Florida” in the best way — still warm enough for a tank and skirt. At the same time, it’s soft enough to feel a little more elevated than your typical activewear.

That’s the thing about a good Alo color drop — it’s never just about the workout. Instead, it’s the piece you can wear from a Starbucks run on Park Ave straight into whatever the rest of your day looks like.

The Verdict

Pink Moonlight and Pink Marshmallow earn their names — they really do have that soft, glowy quality that makes it easy to wear on repeat. If you’re debating whether to add a piece or two to your closet before it sells out (these collections always do), consider this your sign.
