There are some brands you shop once… and then there are brands that completely take over your Pinterest boards, saved tabs, and summer wardrobe plans. Specifically, Peppermayo instantly became the second one for me. From the moment I received my first piece, I already knew this wasn’t going to be a one-and-done collaboration. In fact, one dress somehow turned into an entire styling moment; ultimately, it became a two-look content shoot, a growing wishlist, and honestly? A full obsession. Furthermore, if your aesthetic lives somewhere between elevated, effortless, feminine, and “cool without trying too hard,” you’re about to understand why. The Dolton Mini Denim Dress absolutely did the second.
The second I opened the package, I knew this dress deserved more than a quick mirror photo. It needed a full concept shoot — because the versatility was that good. The fit is structured in all the right places while still feeling effortless. It gives a polished look without feeling overly dressed up, and the denim keeps it cool, wearable, and very “off-duty model in Florida.”
What I loved most? The same dress completely transformed depending on styling.
So naturally… I shot it two different ways.

This was the moment.
We rented a Moke in Winter Park for the shoot, and it completely brought the vision to life. The contrast between the denim dress and the polished styling made the whole look feel very editorial while still being wearable.

One thing I have to talk about is sizing — because finding brands that genuinely work for taller, slim girls is harder than people think. Peppermayo carrying XXS immediately stood out to me, and the fit genuinely impressed me. The pieces hug correctly without drowning your frame, and they still have enough length to feel wearable. That balance is rare. And quality-wise? It feels elevated. The fabrics don’t feel flimsy, the stitching is clean, and the pieces feel substantial enough to become staples instead of “wear once” trend buys. Which, in my opinion, is exactly what makes a brand worth investing in.
